We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return (RMA Required)

To begin the process, please contact us at bambipronline@gmail.com or call 787-701-1664. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

⚠️ Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return and obtaining an RMA number will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. If the return is due to our mistake, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Sale items
  • Costumes
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Perishable goods, personal care products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have with an RMA, and once the return is approved, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Return Policy for Bambi: Store Credit Only

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and inform you if the return has been approved. If approved, you will receive a store credit equivalent to the purchase amount within 10 business days.
