Free Shipping on Orders $150+

  • Spend $150 or more and get free shipping on your order! No special code needed – the discount is automatically applied at checkout.

Processing Time

  • We aim to process all orders within 2 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Priority Mail Option

  • If you need your order by a specific date, please make sure to select Priority Mail at checkout and notify us of the exact date needed. This ensures we can prioritize and ship your package accordingly.

Shipping Origin

  • All our lovely products are shipped directly from our base in Puerto Rico. This ensures you get a piece of Puerto Rican charm with every order.

Delivery Times

  • Once processed, standard shipping typically takes 3-8 business days (after processing) to arrive at your destination. Delivery times may vary based on location and external factors.

Order Tracking

  • As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Keep an eye on your delivery every step of the way!

Shipping Areas

  • We ship to addresses within the United States, including Puerto Rico, Alaska and Hawaii. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
